Welcome to Bravedo!

Great to have you onboard!

Bravedo is a growth community of independent companies — united by trust, freedom, and shared values, not by top-down control.

Every Bravedo company has its own strengths, brand, and customer base. But together, we have more to offer — to our clients, our teams, and the market. We believe in combining our capabilities when it makes sense, and staying agile when it doesn’t.

Bravedo is not a traditional corporation or investment firm. We’re not here to own — we’re here to enable. Our community works like a puzzle: each piece adds value on its own, but together, they form something greater.

01

What it practically means to be part of Bravedo?

Joining the Bravedo community means more than just being under the same ownership umbrella — it means embracing responsible freedom, shared values, and a collaborative way of working. Some things are expected from everyone, and others are up to you.

What’s Expected (a.k.a. the “must-haves”)

These are the basics all Bravedo companies follow to keep our community fair, secure, and operational:

  • Use proper governance models and decision-making structures
Every company is responsible for their own management, but key decisions (e.g. M&A, financing, exec salaries) go through Bravedo Oy.

  • Follow common legal and compliance standards
Such as GDPR, personal data protection, financial reporting obligations, and information security minimums.

  • Respect Bravedo’s community guidelines
These cover how we collaborate, treat people, communicate, and make decisions. They’re based on our shared values: growth & bravery, collaboration, and responsible freedom. Enter Bravedo Community Guidelines here.

  • Avoid direct internal competition
Overlapping business can happen, but it should be openly discussed and managed with clear rules between companies.

  • Align with Bravedo’s policies and principles
These shared policies help ensure fairness, transparency, and smooth collaboration across all companies in the Bravedo community.
  • Follow the “1-over-1” principle
Significant decisions (like hiring, bonuses, incentives) must be approved by the manager one level above.

What’s Optional – but Strongly Recommended

These are community tools and opportunities available to you. They’re not mandatory — but companies that engage tend to get the most out of Bravedo.
