Welcome to Bravedo – Company Onboarding

We’re happy to welcome your company into the Bravedo community!

This page gives you an overview of what joining Bravedo means – the opportunities it brings, the shared responsibilities we commit to, and the support available to help your business grow.

01

What does it mean to be part of Bravedo?

Bravedo is not a traditional group – we’re a community of independent companies with shared values and a bold mission: to build better services, technologies, and working life.

Being part of Bravedo means:

  • You retain your brand, culture, and autonomy

  • You gain access to shared support services and communities

  • You join a network of over 30 companies and 9,500 professionals across 11 countries

  • You contribute to and benefit from collaboration, co-creation, and shared learning

02

 What’s expected from your company?

Bravedo is built on mutual trust, transparency, and collaboration. When joining, we ask new companies to:

Commit to the Bravedo Community Guidelines (linkki)
This sets a shared foundation for ethical business, fair treatment of people, and responsible operations.

Support shared reporting practices
Including financials, sustainability, and other agreed-upon metrics – for better transparency and group-level visibility.

Designate contact persons
So we can build connections across companies in HR, communications, tech, legal, sales, and finance.

Actively participate in our community
This can mean joining peer groups, co-selling opportunities, community events – or simply showing up and staying informed.

03
