-
Government agencies (e.g. Kela, Migri, TE Services)
-

HOW TO REPORT – Step-by-Step
STEP 1: PREPARE THE INFORMATION
As soon as possible after the contact, prepare the following details:
Who was contacted (name and role/title)
How the contact occurred (e.g. phone call, email, meeting, remote call)
What topics were discussed
Whether any costs were involved (e.g. offering lunch, gifts, or hospitality)
STEP 2: SEND THE INFORMATION
Send your report by email to:
avoimuusrekisteri@bravedo.fi . You don’t need a formal report — just include the four required pieces of information in plain language.
STEP 3: BRAVEDO SUBMITS THE OFFICIAL REPORT
Bravedo Oy will compile and submit a centralized report to the Transparency Register: H1 events (January–June) → submitted in June–July. H2 events (July–December) → submitted at the beginning of the following year
